1st Course

Roast Kabocha squash cream soup with hemp seed brittle and rosemary oil | Paired with Rockfish Rojo Irish Red

2nd Course

Smoked quail, allepo bourbon maple glaze, creamed corn | Paired with Down to Hop 3 West Coast IPA

Dry aged New York steak Oscar style, crab, blue cheese and bearnaise with celery root puree | Paired with Tradewinds Tropical Stout
