What are PB AleHouse's hours?
We're open Monday through Friday, 11am to 2am, and Saturday and Sunday, 10am to 2am. The kitchen is open until 10pm every day. For live music, game days and seasonal parties, check our Happenings page.

Does PB AleHouse have ocean views?

Do you take reservations?
Yes. You can reserve a table online any time. Planning for a group of 20 or more? Submit a request through our Private Events page and our event sales team will follow up.
Can I order PB AleHouse for delivery?
Yes. Delivery through DoorDash is linked from our Menu page, along with every menu we serve.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. PB AleHouse gift cards can be purchased online here and make an easy gift for anyone who loves craft beer, brunch or a beachfront happy hour.
Why is there a 4% surcharge on my check?
To uphold the quality of food, service and hospitality PB AleHouse is known for, a 4% surcharge is added to all guest checks to help offset increasing operational and supply chain costs in San Diego.

When is happy hour at PB AleHouse?
Happy hour runs Monday through Friday, 2pm to 5pm. Specials include $10 fried pickles, pretzels and flatbreads and $5 house beers and well cocktails. See the full Happy Hour menu.
Do you serve brunch in Pacific Beach?
Yes. Brunch is served Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 2pm. Browse the Brunch menu and the Brunch Drinks menu, then book a table with a view.
What's on the lunch and dinner menu?

What time does the kitchen close?
The kitchen is open until 10pm every day. The bar stays open until 2am.
Do you have a kids menu?
Yes. We offer a dedicated Kid’s Menu for younger guests.

Is there a game-day football menu?
Yes. During football season our game-day menu includes Walking Tacos, Green Chili, a Bison Burrito and a Footlong Green Chili & Cheese Dog, plus beer buckets. Details are on our Happenings page.

Does PB AleHouse brew its own beer?
Yes. PB AleHouse is widely known in San Diego for its award-winning brewer. Our all-new on-site brewery uses state-of-the-art equipment and an English-style combi system for single infusion, with capabilities for double decoction. What house beers are on tap?
We pour seasonal variations of numerous craft beers brewed in-house. See the current House Beers list and our full beer menu.
Do you really mill your own grain?
Yes. We process all of our own raw material in-house and mill our own grain. Our newer equipment is faster and more efficient, with better hygiene and fewer chemicals, which lets us brew a more complex lineup of beers.
Do you serve cocktails too?
Yes. Alongside our craft beer we serve a seasonal cocktail lineup, plus $5 well cocktails during happy hour. See the Drinks menu and Brunch Drinks menu.
Do you have beer buckets for game day?
Yes. During football season we offer beer buckets featuring Coors Light, Busch Light and Bud Light. Check Happenings for game-day details.
Do you offer beer, whiskey or wine pairings for events?

Private Events, Holiday Parties & Game Day
Beachfront event space for 20 to 350 guests, plus 18 big screens for every big game.
Can I book a private event at PB AleHouse?
Yes. PB AleHouse hosts corporate receptions, birthdays, business dinners and social gatherings for 20 to 350 guests, including exclusive receptions for up to 350. Submit a request on our Private Events page.
What is the minimum group size for a private event?
Private event bookings start at 20 guests. For smaller groups, simply make a reservation.
What private event spaces are available?
We have three main event spaces:
- The Elevated Sky Deck: our rooftop deck holds up to 100 guests (seating for 70), with high-top seating, TVs, coastal views and a private full-service bar.
- The Brew Master's Patio: a glass-enclosed main-floor patio for up to 60 guests, with a private full-service bar and a lava rock fire pit.
- Beer Garden: a turf patio and raised wooden deck for up to 150 guests, with picnic tables, fire pits, lounge seating and large flat-screen TVs.
The full venue also has a state-of-the-art sound system, 18 large flat-screen TVs and two full-service bars.
Can you customize the menu for our event?
Yes. We offer a selection of customized prix fixe menu options, and our culinary team can tailor a menu to your taste or any dietary requirement. Craft beer, whiskey and wine pairings are available too.
How do I book a private event?
Complete the booking request form on our Private Events page or email events@pbalehouse.com. Our event sales team will design the event around your vision.
Do you host holiday parties?
Yes. Holiday party packages include indoor event spaces, a heated rooftop deck, holiday-inspired cocktails, customizable food and beverage menus, room for DJs or live entertainment, and valet parking. Prime dates fill up fast, so book your holiday party early.
Is parking available for events?
Valet parking is included with our private event packages for added convenience.
Is PB AleHouse a good sports bar for watching games?
